Art Jones, Director/Producer and Founder of Dream Factory

Jones is a black filmmaker who grew up in Harlem. A veteran of the audiovisual industry for more than 30 years, Jones' career in this field began as a production assistant on the Schoolhouse Rock educational cartoon series that aired on the ABC TV Network for over six years. He also has lived overseas, in the Middle East (Bahrain), where he started a multimedia center for Ahlia University -- giving him a unique ability to look at American culture from the distance. His other documentary credits include Models of Success and Bahrain, Then and Now -- both produced while working abroad.

Pam Bailey, Production Manager & Outreach Director

Bailey has a BS in journalism and a masters in marketing communications. After a stint as a metropolitan daily news reporter, she worked for 20 years in non-profit & corporate public relations, until she left three years ago to work independently on her own social justice projects (in collaboration with like-minded people).

William "Evan" Moore, Director of Photography & Lighting

Moore has more then 25 years of experience in the field of media production. Partial credits include: camera operation and location lighting -- Move Me Media; director/producer, "Kirkin 'O The Tartan" Scottish rites ceremony -- Washington National Cathedral (St. Andrews Society- Washington.DC); director/cameraman, "The Pipes Are Calling"--short film partially videotaped on location in Edinburgh and Inverness, Scotland.

Brittany Wyatt, Production Assistant

Wyatt is a graduating senior at Howard University in Washington DC. In May 2012, she will be graduating with a degree in TV production and a minor in theater arts. While attending Howard she has actively invested in her craft both on and off campus by interning at MTV, Dream Factory and WPGC 95.5, as well as participated in campus organizations including the college TV station. Along with her passion for mass media comes her interest in the development of children. Her goal is to help curve the negative influences of the media by teaching youth the technical aspects of video production. Currently, she works at DC Parks and Recreation and Wonders Childcare, teaching video production.

Melissa Molyneux, Production Photographer

Molyneux has worked for more than 12 years as a photojournalist, photo editor, photo researcher, photo desk manager and producer. She has worked for such companies as The New Jersey Star Ledger, The New York Times, Greenpeace and National Geographic. A graduate from Pratt Institute with a BFA. in photography, she also studied at Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design in London, England.
